Each order is thoughtfully created and carefully packed, and we genuinely hope your pieces bring a little extra joy to your workspace. If something isn’t quite right, please reach out—we’re here to help.
Returns
- We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in original packaging.
- If you’re returning an item due to a change of mind, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Exchanges
We’re happy to offer exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the exchange is due to our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If your order arrives damaged or we made a mistake, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- If the issue is due to our error, we will cover return shipping and issue a replacement or full refund, including original shipping costs.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
- Please allow 3–5 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
